Vice-President

Maria Antonieta is a vibrant and passionate dance professional who's all about making the world move! With a rich background in the performing arts, Maria's journey took off when she graduated in 2008 from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Autonomous University of Queretaro, Mexico. There, she dove into the world of dance, mastering ballet methodology and the expressive Graham dance technique.

In 2011, Maria made her way to Eugene, Oregon, where she has collaborated throughout the years with the local dance scene. In 2024 she became a certified master teacher of the DanceAbility method. This unique approach ensures that dance is for everyone, no matter their abilities, making sure no one misses out on the joy of movement.

Maria is all about community and connection. She spends her days teaching inclusive dance classes across Lane County, spreading her love for dance to students from all walks of life.
